Manas Rathore

M.Tech (Honours) in Construction Technology & Management and B.E. (Honours) in Civil Engineering from RGPV Bhopal. He is a Research Scholar in Geotechnical Engineering at NIT Raipur, specializing in soil behaviour and ground improvement under the supervision of Dr. L. K. Yadu. He has over 5 years of academic experience as faculty at Sam Group of Institutions, Bhopal, and Kalinga University, Raipur. His research portfolio includes 10+ research papers, 5+ conference papers, 3 book chapters, 2 published books, and 2 design patents. He also serves as a reviewer for BEIESP journals. His interests include geotechnical engineering research, construction technology, and academic mentoring, and he actively participates in national and international seminars and FDPs.
